Terms of Service

These Terms are made available free of charge before you start using an online service.

The provider offers the following online services free of charge: access to website content, sending an inquiry through the contact form, and signing up for the free mini-course and related emails.

The website may provide links to or modules from external providers such as Cal.com, Facebook and Instagram. Services supplied directly by those entities are governed by their own terms.

To use the website, you need a device with Internet access and a current browser supporting HTML, CSS and JavaScript. An active email address is also required for forms and the mini-course. You bear Internet access charges under your agreement with your network provider.

Internet services involve ordinary risks such as malware, phishing, email account compromise or unauthorised access to a transmission. Keep your software updated, protect your device and be cautious about suspicious messages.

You must use the website in accordance with law, good practice and these Terms. You must not submit unlawful content, content infringing another person's rights, malicious code or spam, or attempt to disrupt the website or circumvent its security.

Information entered in a form should be accurate and relate to the person providing it. Do not submit special-category data or confidential information unless it is necessary to describe your matter.

The agreement for access to website content begins when you enter the website and ends when you leave. The contact-form service begins when a valid form is submitted and ends after the message has been delivered and the inquiry handled.

The mini-course service begins when you correctly provide an email address and tick the required consent. You may end it at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting kontakt@zevi.pl. You may stop using the other free services at any time.

Information about commercial services on the website is for general information and is not a binding offer under the Polish Civil Code unless expressly stated otherwise. No paid contract is concluded automatically through this website.

The scope, price, timeline and other project terms are agreed separately with each client. These Terms do not replace such an individual agreement.

Website content, branding, code and materials are protected by law. You may use them for personal purposes to the extent permitted by law. Copying, distributing or commercially exploiting them without another legal basis requires prior permission from the provider or relevant rights holder.

Complaints about an online service may be sent to kontakt@zevi.pl or by post to the provider's address. Include contact details, a description of the issue, when it occurred and the outcome you seek.

The complaint will be handled without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt. If more information is needed, the provider will ask you to supplement the complaint.

The Privacy Policy linked in the website footer explains how personal data is processed and how analytics tools are used.

The provider takes reasonable care to keep the website operating correctly and securely, but may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, updates, outages or events beyond the provider's control. No limitation of liability affects mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not responsible for the content or operation of external websites reached through links.

These Terms may change for an important reason, particularly a change in law, website functionality, the scope of services or security requirements. A one-off service is governed by the version accepted when it begins. Users of an ongoing service will receive reasonable advance notice of a material change and may end the service before it takes effect.

Polish law applies to matters not covered by these Terms. This does not deprive a consumer of protection granted by mandatory laws of the country of their habitual residence.
